Crown Castle Fiber
Bringing an unknown brand a modern digital presence
My Role: Senior UX Designer
My Duties: interaction design (wireframes), user research (1-on-1 interviews); user testing (A/B testing); sitemap, user flows
Project Overview: Crown Castle wanted a website to coincide with the launch of their brand new fiber identity Crown Castle Fiber. The purpose of the website was to showcase to users the reach that Crown Castle Fiber has in a multitude of different industries and solutions.
The website also needed to feature a fiber network map so users could interact with and see where in their neighborhood Crown Castle Fiber could be installed.
Solution: With heavy strategy and research with the help of user testing and 1-on-1 user interviews, we were able to create a site that solely relied on the needs of the user. We designed site-wide UX patterns through atomic design methodology (atoms, molecules, organisms, templates, and pages) defined user task flows, created wireframes, and prototypes. We also did post-design usability testing (A/B testing).
